PrimWay Consulting Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering exceptional educational instructional training, mentorship, and life coaching services to individuals and groups. Our comprehensive programs cater to various needs, including Anger Management training for adolescents and adults, Parenting classes, Mental Health First Aid, and a girls' mentorship initiative. We also provide a specialized life coaching program tailored for youth and young adults aged 7-22.
Our offerings are designed to address critical issues and empower participants with valuable skills. The Girls' Mentorship Program, catering to ages 7-22, creates a secure space for open discussions led by certified and trained professionals. Participants undergo training on essential topics such as Etiquette, bullying, anger management, parenting teen pregnancy, and healthy romantic relationships.
In the Anger Management Course, both adolescents and adults receive instruction on leveraging emotional intelligence. The curriculum identifies primary and secondary emotions, fosters an understanding of anger as a secondary emotion, and equips individuals with strategies to manage and reduce these emotions before resorting to anger-provoked behaviors. This course holds accreditation from the child and family court system and is approved by Child Protective Services (CPS).
Our Parenting course provides valuable insights into effective discipline methods for all age groups, ensuring participants are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for successful parenting. Similar to our Anger Management Course, this program is recognized by the child and family court system and approved by Child Protective Services (CPS).
The Mental Health First Aid course is a critical component of our offerings, extending support to individuals facing mental health challenges or crises, including suicidal ideation. Comparable to CPR/First Aid, our Mental Health First Aid training is essential for those in public-facing roles. Participants learn to identify individuals with suicidal ideation, provide appropriate referrals to treatment services, and recognize signs of non-suicidal self-injury. Upon completion of the 8-hour course, participants earn certification as Mental Health First Aiders. All organizational staff are encouraged to attend this training to enhance their capacity for assisting individuals in need.
